Then why do they call it SALT meat?

I had to rush Pam to the hospital on Sunday night. She was having troubles with her heart. It was scary, but she is having loads of tests and we'll get to the bottom of it. Today Ian said he was going to make her another big jigs dinner to make her feel better. I told him that she couldn't have salt and that maybe we'd make her something special next week.
Ian got very upset and said that there was no salt in jigs dinner. I agreed (I didn't want to rattle him further) and that was that. Thinking about it, it's not that bad really....well, except for the SALT meat and the vegetables boiled in SALT for 6 hours.

Only wooden salt meat pins and salt meat hair clips from now on................
